Join us for a free presentation focusing on our circadian rhythms on Wednesday the 28th at Float Seattle! Doors at 630, lecture from 7-8. Book a float for before or after! Just email us: guide@floatseattle.com to RSVP

This active mini lecture aims to educate us about sleep physiology. Jeff Luebbe—Float friend and UW physiology specialist—will be teaching us all about our sleep habits, specifically with regard to how and why we become sleep deprived in modern day society. He'll explore the implications of living in northern latitudes such as Seattle, and what we can do in our daily lives to combat these important sleep issues.
