Why a year, not a single float

The more you float, the deeper it goes

One float is a reset. A regular practice is where it starts to stick.

The first floatYou’re figuring it out. Your mind wanders, you wonder if you’re doing it right, and sometimes the quiet only shows up near the end.

Never floated? Here’s what it’s like

60 minutesA private room with its own shower, and a float tank all to yourself.
WeightlessAbout 10 inches of water with over 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt holds you up. No swimming needed.
Skin temperatureThe water is kept around 94°F, so for many people it gets hard to tell where they end and the water begins.
Your callLights and music are up to you. Most people end up choosing dark and quiet.

Giveaway questions

What does the winner get?

A complimentary 12-month Float Seattle membership for 2027: one 60-minute float every month at any of our five studios, plus standard member discounts and benefits, with no monthly fees. The monthly guest pass isn’t included.

Do I have to buy anything to enter?

No. Entry is free, and buying something won’t improve your chances.

What does VIP early access mean?

Everyone who enters gets first access to Floatsgiving, our Black Friday sale, before it opens to the public. We’ll send you the details by email and text, based on what you opt into on the form.

When is the winner picked?

Entries close November 24 at 11:59 PM. We draw the winner at random on November 25.

How will the winner be contacted?

By email and/or phone, using the details on the entry form. The winner has 48 hours to respond, or we draw again.

Do I need to win to get VIP access?

No. Every entrant gets VIP early access to Floatsgiving.

Who can enter?

Washington residents 18 or older. One entry per person. Float Seattle staff and their immediate families can’t win. See the official rules for full details.

I’ve never floated. Is this for me?

Yes. Every one of our regulars started with a first float. Our team walks you through everything, and you’re in control of the lights, music and door the whole time.

I’m already a member. Can I enter?

Yes. Members are welcome to enter and get VIP access too, plus additional member discounts during Floatsgiving.
