Float Seattle exists to help people regulate, reset, and come back to themselves. Float It Forward is how we extend that past our five studios, to the people and organizations doing hard work in our community.

Every donated session starts with our guests.
Unused credits
Float credits that expire or go unused get redirected to the community instead of disappearing.
Guest gifts
Guests and members donate sessions they won't use, or buy floats specifically to give away.

Plus One Foundation
Plus One is a Seattle nonprofit improving the lives of people with neurological conditions. They believe access to healing shouldn't stop where insurance coverage does, and they fund the therapies and activities that help people keep recovering.
The Occasions Grant
The Occasions Grant pays for recurring therapies, activities, and experiences that support rehabilitation and recovery. Whether you want to keep up something you can no longer afford or try something new, it's built for ongoing practice.
- Who can apply
- Anyone with a neurological injury, disorder, or disease. All ages.
- How often
- Applications open quarterly. You can receive a grant more than once.
- Grant size
- Designed for costs under $500 per grant.
- What you need
- A diagnosis form signed by a physician, plus the online application.

Float It Forward partnerships
Long-term collaborations with organizations whose work centers on wellness, recovery, mental health, community care, or service. The goal is steady access to floating for your staff, your clients, or the people you serve.

Community donation requests
We donate float sessions to organizations and charities doing good work in the community. Every request is reviewed individually, and we help where we can.

What to expect
- Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis
- We usually reply within 7 business days
- Donations arrive as digital gift certificates, or physical gift cards for pickup
- We can't fill every request, but we read every one
