🗓️ Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the spot to another guest.

Late cancellations (under 12 hours) or missed appointments will be charged:

  • 50% of the full service price

  • Members: 50% of the member rate

If you arrive 30+ minutes late, we will consider it a no-show and may be unable to accommodate your session.

We appreciate your understanding — our team prepares each appointment in advance, and last-minute changes directly impact the schedule.

 

💬 Frequently Asked Questions

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on purchases within 90 days of the original transaction date. This policy applies to all our services and products, except for partially-used packages, promotional, or discounted items, which are non-refundable.

Alternative Options: If you find that you are unable to use your purchased sessions, we offer the flexibility to convert these credits into gift cards. They will maintain their original expiration if applicable. You can gift these cards to friends or family, allowing them to experience the benefits of floating.
