Our largest location is located in the heart of Greenwood. We're across the street from Fred Meyer, in the Janus apartment building between BECU and City Cycle on NW 85th st. Free parking is available in the garage, with the entrance located off 1st ave NW. In addition to floatation therapy, we also are pleased to offer two infrared saunas as well as local cryotherapy only here at our Greenwood location!

MEET OUR FLOAT ORBS
Rooms 1-5
At our newest location in Greenwood, we’ve got 5 brand new Revolution Float Orbs from the same manufacturer as our pods in Bellevue. Each room is the same, although Room 1 is a bit more spacious and ADA-compliant. These tanks are sleek and quite large, as they were designed with NBA and NFL athletes in mind. Great airflow, low threshold for easy entry, optional starlight ceilings, pod lights, and options for music. While the purists enjoy darkness and silence, this provides plenty of options for those who want to ease into the experience.
MEET OUR IR SAUNAS
2x IR Sauna, Lobby Area
We have two standalone infrared saunas here at our Greenwood location. They are situated in our lobby area, curtained off and separated by partitions behind our front desk. They are private but we do recommend wearing clothing — anything you’re comfortable sweating in. Each sauna can hold up to two individuals and run anywhere from 140° F to 158° F. If you’re a regular and have a temperature preference, you’re welcome to let us know ahead of time so we can set your preferred temperature for your booking. All sessions are 30 minutes and can be standalone or booked in combination with a float. We recommend doing the sauna session 45 minutes before a float to allow for a 15-minute cool-down in between.

IR Sauna/Cold Plunge
Contrast Therapy, Room 6
Now offering hot/cold contrast therapy to help boost your overall health and deepen your float experience. Book this service, and you will have a private room equipped with a shower, IR-sauna and cold plunge tub. The sauna is heated at 150° F while the cold plunge is cooled between 45° and 50° F. Sessions are 1-hour long, which will give you enough time to alternate between the sauna and cold plunge for at least 2 rounds.
*We offer 2-person sauna/cold plunge appointments at our GreenWOOD studio only - $20 additional fee!
MEET OUR X°CRYO
(LOCALIZED COLD THERAPY)
The X°CRYO is an electric local cryotherapy and cryo facial device that offers a better and safer experience than liquid nitrogen-based units. Used for pain relief, athletic recovery, dermatology, and more. The X°Cryo provides a very efficient and precise method to produce thermal shock to an area without any risk of side effects. Note: This is not full body cryotherapy. Please dress accordingly for the body part(s) you wish to focus on during your scheduled appointment. Staff will be available to help you, especially with your first few sessions, but please keep in mind that all float sessions take priority and you may have to wait a few moments if our floating schedule is busy!
