Float Guides are the heart of every studio. You'll help guests settle in, keep our rooms and tanks in top shape, and get to see what floating does for people every day.
We're fully staffed right now, but we review every application as spots open.
The role
A Float Guide wears many hats.
Guest experience
Help guests book, check in, and get the most out of their float, from first-timers to regulars.
Room resets
Clean and reset each room between sessions so every guest walks into a calm, spotless space.
Laundry
Keep towels and robes stocked and ready across a full day of sessions.
Tank care
Maintain the float tanks and water quality that make the whole experience work.
Heads up: this job is a lot more active than it looks from the front desk.
Who we're looking for
Hardworking, positive, and into floating.
Self-motivated
You see what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be asked.
Service-minded
You like taking care of people and making them feel at ease.
A strong work ethic
You take pride in the details, even the unglamorous ones.
A love of floating
You know what floating can do, and you bring a positive, lighthearted attitude to sharing it.
The must-haves
- Work at 2 or more studios
You're able to cover shifts at at least two of our locations, for coverage and flexibility.
- Lift 50 lbs comfortably
Our tanks run on Epsom salt, and it comes in 50 lb bags.
