  • At Float Seattle, sessions take place in a private Mito Red Light cabin—a full-body booth equipped with professional-grade red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) Commercial panels, the same technology trusted by top recovery studios, athletes, and wellness clinics.

    The cabin’s enclosed design provides even, 360° light exposure in a calm, comfortable environment, ensuring maximum benefit and zero distractions.

    • Enter your private curtained-off cabin.

    • Use provided wipes to remove oils and makeup as-needed.

    • Disrobe as much as you’re comfortable with. The more if your skin that comes in contact with the light, the better.

    • Put on the provided safety glasses

    • Press “Go” on both panels to turn on. Stand in the middle and enjoy a meditative 10 minute session
