GREENLAKE

Welcome!

GreenLake is home to the original Float Seattle location.

We're located in Seattle's charming Greenlake neighborhood, north of downtown. If you’re familiar with the area, we’re near Gregg’s Cycle, one block from PCC natural markets, and roughly one minute from I-5. There is plenty of free side-street parking if you don’t mind a short walk, otherwise there is paid parking out front on 70th ($1/hour with a two hour maximum, payment kiosks located on both sides of 70th).

MEET OUR FLOAT TANKS

At our Greenlake location, we have 3 float tanks in 2 different styles.
All of them are dialed in for optimal floating, with mostly aesthetic differences.
We recommend trying them all before settling on a favorite!

Ocean, Room 2 (ADA)

Nervous about floating in a smaller space? The Ocean Room may be the one for you! This is considered a float cabin in the industry. Roomy with a high ceiling and a small optional guiding light on the inside.

Samadhi, Room 3

The original commercial float tank & one of our two Samadhi tanks. Slightly slimmer than Ocean, more cozy cocoon than cave-feeling, but consistent and accommodating all the same. An optional guiding light can be controlled from inside.

Samadhi, Room 4

Our 2nd Samadhi tank. They may not look like much, but trust us, the float experience is always top-notch. A float purist’s favorite.

MEET OUR IR SAUNA

We have one standalone infrared sauna here at our Greenlake location. It is situated in our lobby area, curtained off and separated from the desk area with a partition. It is private but we do recommend wearing clothing — anything you’re comfortable sweating in. Our sauna can hold up to two individuals and run anywhere from 140° F to 155° F. If you’re a regular and have a temperature preference, you’re welcome to let us know ahead of time so we can set your preferred temperature for your booking. All sessions are 30 minutes and can be standalone or booked in combination with a float. We recommend doing the sauna session 45 minutes before a float to allow for a 15 minute cool-down in between.

MEET OUR HOT/COLD ROOM

IR Sauna/Cold Plunge
Contrast Therapy, Room 1

Our newest addition of services at our Greenlake Studio! Now offering hot/cold contrast therapy to help boost your overall health and deepen your float experience. You will have a private room equipped with a shower, IR-sauna and cold plunge tub. The sauna is heated at 150° F while the cold plunge is cooled between 45° and 50° F. Sessions are 1-hour long, which will give you enough time to alternate between the sauna and cold plunge for at least 2 rounds.

*This service is for single-occupant use only, but we offer 2-person sauna/cold plunge appointments at our GreenWOOD studio!
