Reclaim Your Attention Workshop

  • Float Seattle 408 Northeast 70th Street Seattle, WA, 98115 United States (map)

What has your attention lately?

For many of us, it’s pulled toward what feels consuming, urgent, or habitual. Over time, this can leave us feeling disconnected from what matters most to us. Tania Fernandez, a certified life coach, has spent the last year having over 100 conversations exploring what helps people stay engaged with life. This workshop is the culmination of her research and is grounded in the belief that what we pay attention to shapes how we live.

In this session, you’ll learn how to reclaim your attention by noticing where it goes, choosing where to direct it, and building practices that support that choice in everyday life. This workshop integrates reflective journaling, guided discussion, and interactive activities.

Tania Fernandez is a thoughtful and skilled facilitator who creates a safe, supportive space for deep personal reflection and growth. In her Reclaiming Your Attention workshop, she helped me recognize the strengths and life skills I already possess and showed me how to apply them in meaningful ways to create positive change. Since attending, I’ve found it much easier to prioritize my own needs in a way that feels both realistic and sustainable in my day-to-day life. Thank you again for helping me do important life work!

This workshop was valuable and came at the right time. Tania was warm, engaging, and clearly very knowledgeable, which made the experience feel both inviting and impactful from the very beginning. What stood out to me most was that the workshop was not only insightful, but also genuinely useful. I left feeling more grounded, more clear, and more intentional, with a renewed sense of commitment to the things that matter most to me.

Tania’s gift is creating a safe space that blends thoughtful conversation with guided reflection. This approach led to deeper insights than I could have achieved alone. As an experienced meditator, I came in with expectations, but I was genuinely surprised by the depth and quality of value I received. I walked away from our workshop with a core understanding of what I want for personal growth and, even better, a practical way to hold myself accountable.
